MINUTES OF LCNC COMMITTEE MEETING 11TH JULY 2011

Meeting commenced at 7.12pm

Present: Laura Hudson, Catherine Taylor, Fiona Judge, Carole Fletcher, Lizzie Saywell, Tracey Mcilwraith, Emma Lormor, Charlotte Hardy, Paul Cowling

2. Minutes of the previous meeting 2011

Training now covered by parents for juniors if coaches not available.

Monks Road Club booked for 22nd July starting at 7pm and all the trophies are organized.

County presentation was well represented by the club.

Letter has been posted out regarding training for next season. Club has attended Pontins girls and all thoroughly enjoyed it.

3. Training

Indoor court to be booked from 5 til 9.30pm

Outdoor court 6.30pm til 8pm

Lizzie to try and get better rate from Witham Priory

High 5 – Abby, Lizzie and younger girls

U12s – Abby and Carol

U14B – Charlotte and Emma

U14A – Maria and Flo (Becky possibly)

U16A & B – Anna, Vic and Lizzie

Development – Abby, Maria and Lizzie

4. Kit

Laura still sorting out kit.

5. Affiliation - Letters sent out regarding affiliation payment before summer break.

6. County Meeting Update - Maria and Abby attended meeting.

7. Finance - Pontins to be better organized next year as outgoings too high.

Maria, Lizzie and Paul going on Level 2 course - Maria to hopefully organize funding. 8. AOB - Teams to be announced at training on Wednesday to junior members.

3. Pricing Schedule - It was agreed to put up fees to £3.50 per session and player/coaches to have fees wavered.

Affiliation fees for 2011/2012

Junior U18s £25

Seniors £35

Match fees Junior £3 per match

Tournament set at £7 but to review if costs not covered

Seniors £5 per match

Umpires for Senior and U16s £15 home games and £20 away and Juniors U12 and U14 £10

Umpire for tournaments £25-£30
